■Braised pork cubes from Miyazaki (boiled radish and pork broth dengaku / fried eggplant and braised wagyu beef...changes daily)

■ Fresh grilled edamame (fresh grilled corn/grilled Manganji shishito peppers...changes daily)

■Dashimaki with local eggs (fried squid and asparagus with butter and liver/oven-baked freshly slaughtered chicken with mayonnaise...changes daily)

Finish with soup stock tea
